Refund policy

RETURNS:

Basket Studio is a small independently owned business supporting other independently owned designers. Please take your time when choosing the items/email us if you want to check sizings <3

If you are unhappy with your items, please email shopbasketau@gmail.com and we can arrange for the return. Items must be returned within 14 days, and be in perfect condition. Postage is covered by the customer. Once the item has been received back and checked over, the refund will be processed immediately.
